Head of Sales- Retail Sector Job Denri
Denri is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence within the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations & engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Support inventory planning by coordinating demand forecasting, stock availability, and distribution.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience at least 5 years in sales leadership within the retail sector.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of marketing execution and customer engagement.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock planning.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
