- 7+ years’ experience in both B2B and B2C sales
- Previous track record of business sales both corporate and frontline, within the beauty industry a plus
- Proven capacity leading teams of 5+ staff
- Proven experience working with PoS, CRM, receiving and sending out stock to branches
- Proven record of managing business sales totaling minimum 5 to
- 10m per year
- Capacity to work with social media and other online platforms web-stores and other digital means
- Marketing, events planning, communication skills highly valued
- Driven and capable to work under pressure, within targets, and in a fast paced environment
- Able to travel domestically and regionally for work, driving license also a must.
- Attractive base salary and very attractive commissions scheme
