Techwin is an engineering technology company specializing in the manufacturing of stainless-steel equipment and supply and installation of solar power systems. Their extensive range of products and solutions are used in the dairy, beverage, hospitality, healthcare, water, energy, refrigeration, industrial and construction sectors. They are seeking a results-driven Head of Production to lead and oversee the Production Department.

  • Lead and optimize production operations to achieve efficiency, quality and on-time delivery targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards across all production activities.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, capacity and resource allocation aligned with business demand.
  • Monitor production performance, resolve bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
  • Control production budgets, optimize costs and improve operational profitability.
  • Lead, develop and motivate production teams while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee equipment reliability and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 7+ years of experience in stainless steel fabrication or metalworks, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design and drawing interpretation.
  • Training in occupational health and safety practices.
