- Design and execute an innovative pastry program rooted in classic French technique.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Pastry/Culinary degree
- + 7 years in a luxury environment (3+ as Head of Pastry).
- Lead, mentor and inspire the pastry team to uphold five-star standards.
- Oversee all pastry operations, ensuring excellence in taste, presentation and consistency.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene (HACCP), cost control and premium ingredientsourcing.
- Mandatory expertise in French pastry: viennoiserie, entremets, plated desserts, and chocolate/sugar work.
- Proven ability to blend artistry, innovation and flavour.
- An inspiring leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
