Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing all marketing operations. Key day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to align brand messaging, and building relationships with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management
- Experience in Market Research to understand customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
- Proven ability in Sales and driving growth through effective strategies and implementation
- Knowledge of Public Relations to build and maintain a positive brand image
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred but not required
