Head of Finance Job Green Heart
Finance Jobs, Green Heart Jobs. Responsible for leading financial planning and strategy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing cash flow and financial reporting, monitoring profit and loss, strengthening internal controls, supervising the finance team, coordinating audits, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and advising management on financial decisions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA(K), ACCA, or an MBA, with at least five years’ experience. The position is based in Kilifi.
Qualifications
- Are CPA(K) or ACCA qualified, ideally with a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Have 5+ years in a complex finance environment, including people management.
- Have strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Are skilled in financial modelling and forecasting, and in accounting and payment software including QuickBooks and Notion.
- Bring experience across varied sectors and business models — real estate is an advantage.
- Are a true team player: responsive to business needs and highly collaborative across functions.
- Stay calm under pressure and are uncompromising on integrity.
- Are happy to lead and do, in a business that is growing and changing quickly.
