Head Of Finance & Admin Job Demulla Kakamega, Kenya
ross Salary:
- KSh 150,000–250,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management.
- Oversee financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Improve profitability, cost efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Strengthen financial systems, automation, and administrative processes.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Provide strategic financial advice to management and the board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CPA(K) qualification and active ICPAK membership.
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years in senior leadership.
- Experience in fintech, microfinance, banking, or lending is an added advantage.
- Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to and work from Kakamega.
