Head of Collection & Recovery Job Mwananchi Credit
Looking for a finance job in Kenya? Mwananchi Credit is hiring a Head of Collection & Recovery to oversee debt recovery and ensure effective credit risk management. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in banking or microfinance operations is required.

- Analytics and People
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Professional qualification such as CPA (K), ACCA,
- CCP or credit-management certification.
- At least 10 years’ experience in banking or microfinance operations, 5 of which at senior management level.
