Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
Degree/Diploma/relevant certification from a recognized culinary school
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards
Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff (for senior roles)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong understanding of food planning and presentation
Strong understanding of food cost control and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
