SOROI COLLECTION IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED, CREATIVE AND DYNAMIC HEAD CHEF TO
JOIN THE TEAM AT SOROI BLUE, OUR LUXURIOUS BOUTIQUE HOTEL ON THE KENYAN COAST.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a reputable hotel or luxury hospitality
• environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development and food presentation.
• Excellent knowledge and passion for Coastal cuisine and local flavours.
• Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, cost control and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead and inspire a professional kitchen team while maintaining high culinary
• standards.
