We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team! As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement menus that meet our guests’ expectations
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
Manage kitchen staff, including training and development
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety

Requirements

4 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a hotel or fine dining setting
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and food preparation
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
