Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience.
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista.
- Strong knowledge of espresso, beverage preparation & latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment, quality control, and hygiene standards.
- Able to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
