Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and blow-drying.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on styles and hair care.
• Create personalized looks that enhance the client’s features and align with global trends.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the salon.
• Promote salon products and services to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and staff to maintain a premium salon experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Hairdressing or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum2- 5 years of experience in a luxury salon environment.
• Proficiency in advanced styling techniques, colour correction, and modern trends.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, grooming, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of professional hair products and tools used in premium salons.
