Qualifications
- Executive presence (Board-level engagement)
15+ years experience in: Human Capital Strategy, Workforce Transformation and BPO / GBS / Tech environments - Experience scaling teams 100 → 5,000+
- Strong understanding of: AI-driven workforce systems and Global outsourcing models
