Gross Salary: Kshs.65K
Reporting to: Digital & Marketing Manager.
Key Relationships: CRM; Finance; Projects and ICT.
Contract Duration: Two Year contract with possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance.
Our client a leading real estate company is looking to recruit a Graphics Designer who will be based at their Head Office in Nairobi. He/she will devote over 90% of their time on designing and managing online digital brand and content. The other 10% of the time will be utilized on the reports.

Summary of key areas of responsibility:
Communication, branding, design, creative and innovative online content.
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass communication or related courses.
- Certification course specializing in graphic design or their equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Three (2) years’ experience in relevant work.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Working knowledge of desktop design software such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress.
- Working knowledge of image-editing packages such as Photoshop.

- You will need to be able to find practical solutions to problems.
- Design skills and creative ideas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with a team.
