Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction
- Define and drive visual concepts for client campaigns from inception to execution.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand and business goals.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and visual artists.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Client Engagement
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver outstanding creative solutions.
- Present and refine design concepts based on client feedback.
Innovation and Quality Assurance
- Develop compelling visual narratives that engage audiences.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all creative outputs and media platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Strategic Creativity
- Generate innovative ideas that push creative boundaries.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional work.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record as an Art Director in an advertising agency or related field.
