Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, website graphics, brochures, hoardings, packaging, and presentations
- Develop engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to interpret briefs, understand objectives, and deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines
- Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, compelling visual designs
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and communication channels
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images and videos to maintain high production quality
- Review designs for errors before final submission and ensure accuracy in dimensions, layouts, colors, and formats
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and revise designs efficiently
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging visual styles to continuously improve creative output
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies when required to ensure correct execution of print and production materials
- Maintain and organize design files, assets, and libraries for easy access and future use
- Support brand campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities with creative design solutions

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools, specifically Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
