  • Produce clear, concise, and vivid materials that convey key messages to target audiences. This consists of layout of normative publications, internal and external newsletters, press releases, articles, mission fact sheets etc.

  • Develop norms, standards, tools, methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and code of practices at global, regional and national level.
  • Lead testing/piloting of tools and methodologies through pilot programmes and projects.
  • Disseminate norms, standards, tools, methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and code of practices, including knowledge products.
  • Provide technical, policy advice and services on norms, approaches and methodologies to internal and external partners including on implementation of operational programmes/projects.
  • Produce clear, concise, and vivid materials that convey key messages to target audiences. This consists of layout of normative publications, internal and external newsletters, press releases, articles, mission fact sheets etc.
  • Dissemination of the reports on social media and the Urban Policy Platform.
  • Academic Qualifications: A university degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in graphic design, media, communications, or related disciplines is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and related services is required.
  • Computer Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite package (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere pro) is required. Competence in web management, desktop publishing is highly preferred. Previous experience working with the United Nations will be an added advantage.

English and French are the official working languages of the United Nations. For the post advertised, fluency in English is required. Knowledge or fluency in other UN languages would be an advantage.
