Responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming marketing requests through the project management system (Asana)
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, postcards, presentations, and digital ads using Canva and other creative tools
• Communicate professionally and promptly with agents and internal teams via email and other channels to clarify project details, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, events, and company initiatives
• Utilize Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to manage communication, document sharing, and collaboration
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
• Assist in maintaining organized design files, templates, and shared marketing resources
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and team efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
• Strong familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
• Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong email communication skills with excellent attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
