Role Description

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Grants & Partnerships Officer to support our mission of scaling impact through strategic funding partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant grant and sponsorship opportunities (local & international).
• Develop and submit winning proposals and applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Track funding pipelines, deadlines, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage international donors.
• Existing networks with NGOs, philanthropic organizations, impact investors, venture/angel capital firms, and private investors is a plus.
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
