We have 10 exciting opportunities available in our 2026 Graduate Management Trainee Program at ICEA LION. Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous 18-month on-the-job training to acquire critical skills and insights into the various facets of the business through structured rotational cycles.
Ultimately, the participants will gain invaluable experience in the following core areas of our business:
- General Insurance (Actuarial, Business Development and Operations)
- Life Assurance (Actuarial, Business Development and Operations)
- Pension Fund Administration, Trusts, and Estate Planning
- Investments and Assets Management
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second-Class Upper Division).
- Have graduated or awaiting graduation in the year 2025
