What You’ll Do
- Financial Leadership: Own budgets, cashflow, reporting, and compliance; drive profitability.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure flawless delivery of solar and energy projects—quality, safety, and timelines matter.
- Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities, Tendering ,negotiate proposals, and represent the business with clients, financiers, regulators, and suppliers.
- People Leadership: Inspire a multidisciplinary team, build future leaders, and embed a culture of safety, reliability, innovation, and customer-first service.
- Strategy: Shape expansion plans, optimise processes, and ensure sustainable growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering; MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in senior leadership
- Proven expertise in project finance, risk management, and large-scale P&L ownership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
