What’s Expected of You:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications that are reliable, scalable, and intuitive.
- Create exceptional user experiences through clean, efficient UI/UX design.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to translate ideas into working software.
- Take initiative, manage your workload, and drive projects forward independently.
- Adapt to business needs, including occasional additional hours when critical projects demand it.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Excels in frontend development with JavaScript (Vue.js preferred) and strong UI/UX sensibilities.
- Masters backend development with Node.js and extensive Python experience.
- Is skilled in databases and tools: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, GitHub, Jira, and conference-based collaboration tools.
- Thrives in a team environment but is also a self-starter who can work unsupervised.
- Understands the value of delivering quality work, consistently, and without shortcuts.
