Craft AI is a fast-growing technology company building smart tools for modern businesses. We develop AI-powered tools, and voice-based assistants that help companies automate communication, streamline operations, and grow. We’re now looking for passionate fresh graduates to join our Fresher Web Developer Program.
About the Role
This is a training-cum-employment opportunity for recent graduates interested in building real-world web applications. You will join our tech team and learn by working on actual company projects, receiving mentorship from experienced developers.
Responsibilities
During the 3-month program, you will:
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications (frontend & backend).
- Work with APIs, dashboards, and chat-based platforms.
- Learn deployment, version control, and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, AI engineers, and product leads.
Minimum Requirements
- A recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- An understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (e.g., Python, PHP, Node.js).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with frameworks like React, Flask, or Django.
- Interest in AI, automation, or business software.
