Responsibilities

• Create 10-20 minute educational videos based on a provided topic: this includes scripting, screen recording, voiceover integration (voice provided), and editing.
• Develop clear, engaging content flow that aligns with Lenntecs Academy’s educational style.
• Use visual cues, annotations, and transitions to enhance understanding.
• Ensure final videos are polished, beginner-friendly, and consistent with our brand.
• (Optional) Create compelling thumbnails using tools like Figma or Canva.
• Communicate reliably on progress and meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing tutorial, educational, or explainer videos.
• Proficiency in at least one video editing platform (CapCut, Kdenlive, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, clarity, and pacing.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a learner-focused mindset.
• Clear and responsive communicator.
