Job Description
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stack products or materials.
- Conduct pre-operation and safety inspections of forklifts before use.
- Ensure accurate handling of goods, minimizing damages and losses
- Maintain proper inventory records through accurate loading/unloading documentation.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and other goods within the warehouse or to production areas.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines at all times.
- Report equipment malfunctions or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including cleaning, packing, and organizing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager.
Requirements
- Valid operator’s certificate and Class E driving licence endorsement.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating forklifts and reach trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company safety protocols.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, including loading, offloading, stacking, and material handling.
- Basic knowledge of reach truck/forklift Inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Wilingness to work flexible shifts, day and night including weekends and overtime when required
