Job Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Transport materials to and from production areas, warehouse shelves, loading docks, and delivery trucks.
- Perform routine equipment checks (pre-shift inspections) and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking materials moved using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing work areas and maintaining cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of safe material handling practices.
- Good attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order picking.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
