We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring costs, controlling inventory, and ensuring financial efficiency across operations.

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs
  • Conduct regular stock counts and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate cost and inventory records
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and procurement teams
  • Support budgeting and cost planning processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • CPA (K) or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good understanding of inventory and cost control systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
