Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing inventories. The role includes associate training, budgeting, and maintaining high standards in food safety and hygiene. The manager will also be involved in menu planning, coordinating with the culinary team, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills and associate training capabilities
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
