  • Daily beverage stock take from the outlet and verifying whether the sales from the POS do tally with the items sold.
  • Assisting the Head F&B controller in all his tasks.
  • Prepare daily food and beverage report and ensure that they are within the budget. • Check and ensure that no item is issued out from the store without requisition approved by the H.O.D
  • Do surprise sport checks from all the F&B outlets
  • Check and verify voids, discounts and complimentary from the POS and ensure there is no pending bill
  • Conference and function billing and also do follow up of the function to ensure all procedures are followed
  • Controlling the Events and Conference numbers to ensure all revenue is charged.
  • Random check of menu prices and POS price do match whenever there is price change
  • Participate in inventory stock taking and prepare variance analysis for the same
  • Performing any other duty assigned from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B cost control in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, POS, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel management systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, Material Control).
