FMCG Sales Specialist Job. Sales & Marketing Jobs In Kenya

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth, customer retention, and market expansion across the coastal provinces by managing existing accounts, developing new customers, and supervising field activities related to promotional and sales personnel.

Customer Service & Retention

  • Serve and support existing customers in Mombasa and surrounding coastal provinces to ensure satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Sales Operations & Payment Collection

  • Follow up on customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Ensure timely payment collection in line with company performance targets.

Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new customers and retail outlets
  • Expand market presence by increasing product availability in assigned areas.

Field Team Supervision

  • Assist in supervising daily operations and support activities in the field.
  • Oversee the work of promotional personnel to ensure alignment with brand and sales strategies.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, customer service, or field personnel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote company products effectively.
  • Good knowledge of the coastal region market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets under minimal supervision.
