Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field including order booking
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in the Coastal region.
• Deep understanding of the market trends and activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning, reporting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and Promote company products in the assigned territory to wholesalers and distributors and other clients in the assigned region.
• Book and process customer orders accurately and promptly using the digital systems.
• Ensure timely order generation, product delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Collect feedback from customers and offer insights for product and service improvement.
• Ensure timely communication with the dispatch and delivery team to fulfill orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Plan and execute daily routes to maximize customer visits and order volume.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability and visibility in outlets.
• Track and report competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Submit daily and weekly sales and order reports to management.
