Financial Controller Job Silentnight Bedding
Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to lead financial reporting and controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
Silentnight Beddings Ltd. is looking for a Finance Controller to oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, analysis, and controls while also leading stock management and ensuring sound financial systems are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
- Deliver timely, compliant financial reports
- Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
- Lead inventory control & stock optimization
- Maintain strong internal controls & risk management
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting + CPA (K) & ICPАK membership
- 4+ years in a senior finance role (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience in stock/inventory management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel & financial software proficiency
