RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the implementation of the financial strategy and policies and reporting to management on the state of the company’s finances.
- Leading the preparation, management, implementation, and control of organization Budget.
- Leading the Implementation and coordination of cost management initiatives.
- Managing external audits and liaising with Internal Audit to ensure implementation of internal control systems.
- Ensuring the business is compliant with financial governance, tax and other regulatory requirements both local and international.
- Ensuring financial and management reports are timely and accurately prepared and interpreted appropriately to assist management in decision making.
- Planning continuous implementation of management information and internal control systems as recommended by management.
- Extraction of monthly consolidated management accounts for presentation to Finance & Operations Committee.
- Preparation of annual Financial accounts.
- Provide leadership to achieve high performance by ensuring employee development, employee engagement and performance management to deliver organization objectives and goals.
- Identifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in management.
- Ensure Superior Customer Experience to all internal and external clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Finance/Accounting CPA( K)
- At least 1 to 3 years
- Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
- Result oriented
- Team work
