Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA(K) or ACCA part-qualified
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail accounting or a corporate setting
- Hands-on with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero or similar)
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger, posting and reconciling all transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliations & manage the cashbook
- Process AP/AR, ensuring timely supplier payments & collections
- Compile monthly management accounts & variance analyses
- Ensure statutory compliance: VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF deductions
- Support auditors with schedules & documentation
