Finance Manager Job Brisk Marketing
Finance Jobs, Brisk Marketing Jobs. Finance Manager leading group financial strategy, budgeting, reporting and cash flow management and strengthening financial controls and compliance, requiring a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics, CPA(K), ACCA or CIMA certification and minimum 7 years progressive finance experience with 3 years in senior finance leadership, in a marketing agency environment, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group financial strategy, budgets and forecasts
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, fundraising and working capital
- Review project budgets, margins, costs and commercial performance
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
- Oversee intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, tax and statutory compliance
- Lead finance teams and partner with business leaders
- Drive finance systems, automation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field
- CPA(K), ACCA or CIMA mandatory; good standing with relevant body
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive finance experience, including 3 years in senior finance leadership
- Experience in a startup or high-growth business, building scalable finance functions
- Group or multi-country finance operations experience preferred Strong (FP&A), Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Audit, Working Capital Management and Cash Flow Management
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and commercial skills
