Finance Administrator Job
Job Purpose:
To provide essential administrative and clerical support to the finance department, ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize petty cash for general ledger entries and reimbursement.
- Submit daily invoices to the central office for processing.
- Raise purchase requisitions in Oracle.
- Compile monthly gift voucher sales and redemption data from stores.
- Prepare proforma invoices upon customer requests.
- Assist with month-end closure processes.
- Manage general office duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Professional Certification: At least CPA Part I or ACCA Part I.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a finance or accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
