Finance Administrator Job

To provide essential administrative and clerical support to the finance department, ensuring efficient operations.

  • Analyze and summarize petty cash for general ledger entries and reimbursement.
  • Submit daily invoices to the central office for processing.
  • Raise purchase requisitions in Oracle.
  • Compile monthly gift voucher sales and redemption data from stores.
  • Prepare proforma invoices upon customer requests.
  • Assist with month-end closure processes.
  • Manage general office duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
  • Professional Certification: At least CPA Part I or ACCA Part I.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a finance or accounting role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
