Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Operations Supervisor to support end-to-end execution of events and activations. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for supervising casuals/crew, coordinating logistics and set-up, and solving on-ground issues to ensure smooth delivery. The role will also support budgeting/costing by advising the Client Service team during proposal planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate casuals and field teams during set-ups, activations, and event days.
• Support hands-on event work (set-up, installation, branding, logistics coordination, breakdown).
• Oversee event execution end-to-end: pre-event preparation, on-ground delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
• Support budgeting and costing: advise on realistic field costs (labour/casuals, transport, materials, timelines) for proposals and execution.
• Coordinate movement, issuance, and return of event materials/equipment; ensure accountability and proper handling.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to timelines, brand guidelines, and site requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-ground/site issues quickly; escalate when necessary.
• Provide field updates and post-event reports (photos, notes, issues, recommendations).

Non-Negotiable Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in events/BTL activations/field operations execution.
• Proven experience supervising casuals/crew and managing on-ground teams during set-up and event days.
• Strong on-ground problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Comfortable with field work, early call times, and event schedules.
• Ability to support budgeting/costing for event operations (labour, logistics, materials).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agency (BTL/experiential/events) environment.
• Ability to compile simple costings and field reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Vendor coordination experience (fabrication, printing, transport, rigging, AV, etc.).
• Valid driving licence (if applicable to your operations).
