Location: Kiboko
Job Purpose
To provide field-level technical support in crop production, research trial implementation, and routine farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in land preparation, planting, irrigation, weeding, spraying, and harvesting activities.
- Support establishment and maintenance of research and commercial plots.
- Assist in data collection under supervision.
- Ensure proper handling of seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemicals.
- Maintain farm tools and equipment.
- Participate in stock-taking and basic record-keeping.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Certificate in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in agricultural field operations.
- Practical knowledge of crop production practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems will be an added advantage.
