Role Overview
We are seeking confident, photogenic, and disciplined Fashion and Commercial Models at Bicfest Modelling Agency to join our agency on a part-time, event-based basis. The role is on-site in Nairobi County and ideal for individuals passionate about modeling, fashion, branding, and personal development.
This role includes participation in:
- Runway shows
- Photo and video shoots
- Brand activations and promotional events
- Styling sessions and model development workshops
Key Responsibilities
- Pose naturally and follow creative direction during photo and video sessions
- Attend castings, rehearsals, fittings, and fashion-related events
- Collaborate with designers, stylists, makeup artists, and photographers
- Maintain a strong personal image and grooming standard
- Be punctual, professional, and cooperative at all times
- Represent the agency and its clients with confidence and grace
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion, commercial, or promotional modeling (preferred but not mandatory for promising new talent)
- Understanding of posing, facial expression, and movement
- Good physical presentation and commitment to personal care
- Confidence in front of the camera and live audiences
- Ability to take direction and work in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexible schedule for fittings, events, and extended shoots
Additional Assets (Optional but Advantageous)
- A modeling portfolio or sample photos
- Prior participation in fashion shows or advertising campaigns
- Social media presence or content creation experience
