About Us:

Janari is a dynamic and growing agricultural enterprise committed to sustainable farming practices and high-quality production. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management of farm activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation, harvesting, and livestock management.
• Oversee and manage farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor crop and livestock health, and coordinate with agronomists or veterinarians where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and resource use.
• Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce farm safety and hygiene standards.
• Report regularly to the Farm Manager or Directors on farm performance and challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role on a commercial farm.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of modern farming techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle physically demanding tasks when needed.
