Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production
operations in our granite manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow,
quality control, safety compliance, and proper supervision of factory staff and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and production schedules
- Coordinate granite cutting, polishing, trimming, and finishing processes
- Ensure machines are operated safely and maintained properly
- Monitor product quality and minimize wastage
- Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and factory procedures
- Supervise machine operators, assistants, and casual workers
- Prepare daily production and staff attendance reports
- Ensure timely handover between shifts and departments
- Support training and discipline of factory staff
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or granite factory environment
- Strong knowledge of granite machines (cutting, polishing, edge polishing)
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- Knowledge of workplace safety and basic maintenance
- Computer literacy is an added advantage
