All Candidates Must:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Tech, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or production.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
  • Experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
