Knight Frank is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join their Facilities Management team in Nairobi. If you thrive on delivering under tight deadlines, managing contractors with skill, and keeping critical MEP and FLS systems running seamlessly, this is your moment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Building Services.
- 5+ years in facilities maintenance & site works (large institutional/commercial).
- Strong FLS, MEP, and project management know-how.
- Top-tier communication, negotiation, and reporting skills. Location: Nairobi
Contract: 6 months (with real impact from day one)
