Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, vision, and organizational growth
- Oversee program design, implementation & evaluation
- Mobilize resources and support grant writing
- Strengthen governance, policies & financial accountability
- Mentor and support volunteers & program leads
- Build partnerships with communities, NGOs, government & youth networks
Who We’re Looking For
- A passionate changemaker with:
- Experience in nonprofit leadership, community initiatives, or project coordination
- Strong communication, teamwork & strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a growing CBO
- Commitment to serve in a voluntary capacity with integrity
- Bonus: experience in fundraising or grant writing (not required)
