Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Evogence applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application issues; identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly
- Work with SPC integration toolkit and integrate get and entrance communicators
- Track employees and manage gated entry permissions with RFID readers
- Collect and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from machinery and personnel using Evogence’s visual analytics tools
- Enhance operational efficiency and communication in manufacturing environments through Evogence platform optimization
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations or customizations
- Configure, test, and deploy application enhancements following best practices
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and migrations of Evogence systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting steps
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure seamless integration
- Stay current with the latest Evogence features and best practices
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Adhere to ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management
Qualifications
- 6–12 years of experience working with Evogence applications
- Strong technical knowledge of Evogence architecture, integrations, and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with SPC toolkit, RFID-based access control, and KPI tracking systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade application environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a dynamic environment
