Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, management cost-effective execution & reconciliation of the overall annual, quarterly and monthly budget for all on ground mall events, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategic annual, quarterly and monthly marketing and events calendar aligned to overall retail KPIs.
- Plan & execute campaigns and activities to increase shopper traffic, align with tenant marketing needs, B2B leasing objectives, and seasonal opportunities.
- Collaborate with tenants to promote their in-mall offers, store launches, and activations through innovative visibility opportunities.
- Liaise with digital strategist & graphic designer to ensure timely artwork resizing and distribution across all marketing and advertising channels.
- Liaise with tenants, service providers, and third parties to ensure smooth execution of on ground events and exhibitions.
- Handle all tenant and third-party in mall branding, advertising and exhibition enquiries, bookings and coordination.
- Raising orders and liaise with accounts to ensure timely payments to service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing orders for budget tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare comprehensive quarterly marketing reports.
