Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a university recognized in Kenya; and
- been registered by the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a Graduate Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for the cadre. The officer at this level will work under the supervision and guidance of a senior officer.
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include: –
- designing
- preparation drawings; and
- supervision of construction of civil and structural works for simple projects
