Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya; and
- be registered by Engineers Registration Board of Kenya as a Graduate Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities
An officer at this level will be assigned electrical engineering duties and will work under the supervision of an experienced officer. Duties and responsibilities at this level will include: –
- designing of electrical/electronic engineering services in government buildings and construction works; and
- repairing and maintenance of electrical/electronic installation in airports, water works, offices, workshops, conferences complexes and other government facilities.
