Location: Meru
What You’ll Do
- Oversee our student sponsorship and mentorship programs
- Coordinate school visits and academic follow-ups for over 29 supported learners
- Engage with teachers, parents, and local schools to track student progress
- Organize mentorship boot camps, remedial lessons & life skills sessions
- Support the development of school environment clubs and youth leadership spaces
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on program impact
What We’re Looking For
- Registered teacher with a TSC number
- Bachelor’s in Education (or related field)
- 3+ years experience in teaching or academic program coordination
- Passionate about inclusive education and youth mentorship
- Strong communicator and community connector
- Bonus: Familiarity with local languages and school systems in Meru, Embu, or Isiolo
